Amber Manhattan

2 oz Kentucky Amber

1 oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and then add all the ingredients.

Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a cherry
